What makes Complete Foot Care different? We have an orthotic lab on-site. Orthotics are not sent out for adjustments. They are precisely fit and adjusted while you wait. Custom orthotics from our clinic in London can help offload corns, calluses and bunions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral for Orthotics?
In order to save on taxes AND use your benefits, a referral for custom orthotics is required. A medical diagnosis must be listed for your benefits provider.
However, if you are looking to pay out-of-pocket for your orthotics, you do not need a referral.
Can you accommodate appointments outside of normal hours?
We try our best to accommodate any special requests but there’s no guarantees. We would definitely prefer you find an appointment time that falls within our clinic’s hours. We’ve recently expanded our hours to be open on Fridays from 9am to 1pm.
Do I need a referral for Nursing Foot Care?
No, nursing foot care does not require a referral. Simply contact us and let us know what you need, and we’ll organize an initial visit from there.
Do I need a referral for compression stockings
Yes and they must state the compression level and diagnosis as well as if they are knee high, thigh high or pantyhose.
Do you have a chiropodist / podiatrist on staff?
No we do not currently staff a chiropodist or podiatrist. Our staff is comprised of registered foot care nurses.
